Yes, it's free to download. An optional Premium subscription lets you play up to 10 sounds at once, save favorite combinations and use the app without ads. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Google Play or Apple ID settings.

Up to 5 sounds at once in the free version and up to 10 with Premium. Each sound has its own volume control.
Does Mood work offline and with the screen off?
